The intent of this study is to gain data in order to exhibit the efficacy of Chinese Medicine in terms of treating neurological conditions, mental health and chronic pain for the SOF community both active and retired. This data and its findings will be used in clinical and professional demonstrations, discussions, and reviews. All participants information will remain anonymous, but your treatment plan and intake response answers, may be included and reviewed by health related individuals other than myself.
